Problem
The Meadows Center needed help streamlining their data capture process. Their existing process relied on scanning and manually typing in content. It was effective but time consuming.
Solution
The ETA Team recommended utilizing a platform that was already licensed by UT, Kofax Total Agility. This would enable the Meadow Center to extract data during the scanning process and export that data as required.
Impact
The Meadow Center will adjust its process to focus on reviewing the scanned content for accuracy and leveraging the information they retrieve from this process in a timely manner.
